George Winchell

Resident Expert

George has 43 years of experience in public education. He has taught and served as Director of Curriculum and Instruction and as Director of Technology. He was a consultant with Michigan Virtual High School and taught for Central Michigan University.  He is recognized statewide as a leader in the use of technology in instruction. Previously, he taught the Summer School Technology Program for Kamehameha Schools in Hawaii.  He has been successfully helping schools and libraries with the E-Rate program since its start in 1998.

Janelle Morgan

Consultant, Office Manager

Janelle worked for a large pharmaceutical company as a technical writer for 12 years. Her attention to detail, customer service focus, and writing experience significantly enhance Elite Fund's capacity to meet the needs of its clients. She holds a Bachelors of Art degree and has been helping customers navigate E-rate since 2005.

Missy Studley

Consultant

Missy worked for the Montcalm County Department of Human Services for several years and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree. She has helped customers navigate E-rate since 2015.

Ginger Gurecki

Bookkeeper

Ginger retired from elementary education after 30 years of service. She continues impacting students by tutoring and volunteering at the Central Montcalm Community Foundation and Lion's Club as well as other organizations. She has helped customers navigate E-rate since 2014.
